We are now serving sandwiches between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Monday through Saturday. Whole and half sandwiches with a variety of bread and cheese choices.
Our sandwiches are made on our fresh baked organic whole grain breads. We mill our own wheat right inside the bakery, giving a wholesome and fresh product to you. A freshly made sandwich with choices of either a full or half sandwich is just the thing to help give your system that extra energy to get through your daily activities.

Italian Focaccia Bread
Great Harvest is featuring 4 new delicious Italian breads.
Italian Herb Focaccia (pictured below), Garlic Focaccia, Tomato Focaccia, Green onion and Olive Focaccia.
Focaccia is made from a white dough mix with garlic, oregano and pepper. The dough sits for 3 hours. The olive oil is applied and again the dough will sit for another 1/2 hour. Afterwards, the bread is covered with lots of yummy toppings, black and green olives, red onions, cheese, and some garlic. This bread is so versatile, that you can add some of your own special favorites, like pepperoni, or some chicken slices. We then put the Focaccia into the oven at 350 degrees for 3 minutes and you have a great snack or a meal.
This savory bread is made with fresh ingredients. A great bread to have when you are on the go. It is just a great meal in itself or cut it up in small sections and have it as an appetizer.
Low Carb Wheat
Great harvest has been busy working on making a great low carb bread for you.
we started to work on a low carb wheat bread that not only is good tasting , but also low in carbs. We experimented with various recipes and came up with a bread that has only 18 grams of carbs AND 4 grams of fiber per slice.
This bread is made with low amounts of wheat and basic whole ingredients. Whole grains, oat bran, wheat bran, eggs, and flaxseeds.
This happen to be my personal favorite. Come in the store and ask for a free sample!
